I found some interesting historical data on executions here: http://users.bestweb.net/~rg/execution.htm. But I can't be entirely sure as to the veracity of it due to it just being some random person's website.

And while I make neither an argument for no against the death penalty with this map, I will point people to http://www.prodeathpenalty.com and http://www.antideathpenalty.org. But I have not read their literature but they seem to be on the up and up.

Thanks for your feedback. I probably should have left out the first category under FSI. And X might not have been a good idea. I didn't realize the borders were shaded until the last minute. It's just a glitch.
Your map is awesome. I would definitely nominate it for the best in the class. The legend is second to none. You really had a good idea. You filled all the spaces. Great work.
